Hi, my partner and I just bought a house in Rotterdam and we are looking for a contractor.
We are going to get the key of the house the 15th July and we would like to start with the renovation the 16th July.
The kitchen it will be delivered at the first week of August ( )
The following are the task that have to be done during the renovation:
.Remove kitchen
.Move a radiator and install a new one
.Prepare plumbing and electricity for new kitchen
.Lay tiles on the floor and on top of the kitchen counter (The tiles on kitchen top are after the kitchen is installed)
.Paint the walls
. Adding a electricity plug in the bathroom
I want to kindly asking you to answer through emails instead of calls because I'm working during the day and this will help me to be sure that at soon I have the time I can answer.
