About five years ago, we merged our specialised companies into one larger contracting company. This after we had been working together for many years on joint conversions, renovations and projects. My husband and I (Agata) had a painting and plastering business, while Mariusz dealt with complete remodelling, renovations, electrics and plumbing. We met about eight years ago in a construction wholesaler, where we still do our shopping to this day. Because of our years of loyalty, we get interesting discounts from which you as a customer also benefit. The merger of our companies allowed us to satisfy our customers even more and gave us more opportunities to develop professionally. We now work with 35 specialised tradesmen so that we can quickly respond, deliver and ensure quality in every field.

There is nothing in construction that we don't do. What drives us is that we like to make people happy with their new or remodelled home and completely unburden them. Whether that is a complete 1930s house in the old part of Voorburg or a flat or appartment in Leidschendam, Wassenaar or The Hague. In short, we like to make people happy. We like to think along in smart, affordable solutions. Can help with sourcing materials and are happy to give advice on where to buy what at a good price.
Offer process
There are several options for cooperation. During a no-obligation appointment, we go through all your wishes and agree on what needs to be done. We share our knowledge and expertise, but it is of course up to the customer what the final choices are.
We then draw up an offer with a specification of the matters discussed. A price per item is specified with an amount for labour and materials. All together including VAT is the total amount for the desired work. This way, it is clear and transparent and you know exactly where you stand.
If the job is a bit smaller and more manageable, there is also the option of working on an hourly basis. We estimate the maximum number of hours, so you know where you stand with this option. Experience shows that labour costs are cheaper. Every week, we will submit the invoices for the materials used and you will only pay the actual material costs.
After agreement, we will set a start date and draw up a feasible schedule. This will make it clear to all parties when which work will be carried out and who will be involved.
